Hotel Reservation Site 
Suburban Ice Arena - Rochester, MI

requiring 10+ rooms per night.*

  • Complete form below if you require 10 or more rooms per night. 

  • Individuals refer to hotel page to see hotels and access reservation links.

  • Several hotels will be used for this event in the area.

  • All reservations must be reserved by May 31, 2025, to secure group rate.  Group rates cannot be guaranteed after June 1, 2025.

  • Groups: Complete Special Request Section. Indicate if meeting room will be required and size.  Include if team meals are required.

  • Hotel and bed preference are based upon availability.  Room type and special requests are not guaranteed. 

  • Several hotels are being used for this event. Champ Sports Travel will contact you with the options available.

  • Reservation Links for the group will be available for reservations once hotel is determined.

  • Reservations must be in by Saturday, May 31, 2025 - 11:59pm EST for group rates.

  • Team Cancellations to follow Hotel policy.

  • Team Changes and Cancellations to reservations MUST BE submitted to Champ Sports Travel at sales@champsportstravel.com.  

  • Individuals are to manage their own reservation.  Guarantee to credit card. Pay all charges.

  • Cancellations to any reservation will follow hotel policy.
